I received a 570 notice on 3/23/20, I have not heard anything back from IRS and still do not have my refund and it is 2 days away from being their 60-day deadline. what happens once the 60 days is expired and I still have not received my refund? I’ve spoken to IRS and they are no help as of yesterday.
